Central Location and Friendly Staff

The staff were really friendly. I was able to get free coffee at the reception desk. The location IS GOOD. It is near Liège metro station.
The electricity supply wasn't very stable, and the elevator seemed a bit old.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful . The hotel is close to many brasseries, perfect for breakfast and enjoying wine. I found the location great because it is near a metro station, simplifying travel around the city.
My room was quite small. It did not entirely match the photos advertised online. I think the hotel should update its website with accurate depictions of all room sizes.

A romantic getaway
quiet street metro stations patient staff free coffee
My room offered a lovely view overlooking a quiet street, made mornings so special. The location was convenient, close to metro stations AND amazing restaurants. The staff was helpful, especially Sultan, who answered our questions patiently. I found free coffee available all day in the lobby, a good bonus.
The room felt a bit small. Storage space was adequate, but not generous enough for larger luggage.

The location allows easy access to multiple metro stops. It is a short walk. I found the Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette approximately fifteen minutes away. This was super convenient.

The 24hr front desk, with English-speaking staff, made check-in easy. The staff was lovely AND helpful, providing quick assistance when needed. Sultan provided a charger, an iron, and an ironing board upon request.

The room was clean AND cozy. It included useful facilities like a fridge, a safe, a hairdryer, a tv, and air conditioning. I found fresh towels were provided daily. The room was thoroughly cleaned.

There is a lift in the building. Free coffee, tea, and biscuits are available at all hours, WHICH added to the comfort. Umbrellas were available for use, a thoughtful touch.

I found a good selection of items, including cereals, yogurt, fruit, cheese, and meats. A coffee machine was available. Several juice varieties were also available. The breakfast service included croissants. That was delicious!!!

The location is really central. The metro station is very close. The staff are very kind and helpful (i appreciated that!). The room was clean and neat.
The room was quite small. It was hard to move around with luggage. The room design wasn't great for the space. I think the rooms could be more comfortable.
